Shipping Information
We ship all items worldwide via Australia Post as regular parcels.The goods will be sent to your Paypal shipping address. If you want the goods to be shipped to another location, please inform and send us the correct address on checkout. Each goods are packaged using padded bags. Processing and posting days for parcels are on Tuesday and Friday only, except for Express post parcel service. Other shipping options as listed below are also availabe with extra fees. If you would like to request a shipping option other than regular air mail, please do so on checkout.
On request we can arrange for the following:
• Express post parcel service (on request) - within Australia only
• Registered post (on request) - tracking number & signature obtained on delivery
• Insurance (on request) - highly recommend it for larger orders

All sales at cinderstella.com are final, the item you order will not be refundable or returned unless you have received a wrong item or damage piece. It is unlikely but if this happen you should contact us with in 7 days. If you receive a damaged item, please take a picture and email it to us first before you return the item and we will send you the same new one. When you receive the wrong item, please re-send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one for no extra cost. *Refund will only be given if the item paid for is no longer instock or unavailable.Your information is secure with us.
